For security reasons and in compliance with Ministry of Tourism regulations (Decree No. 11.127/2022), all guests occupying the accommodation must complete a digital pre-registration prior to arrival. This includes providing your full name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), email address, and phone number, as well as submitting a selfie for identity verification.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties or private events are not permitted, as this is a family-oriented environment.

Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from inappropriate behavior. The building’s internal rules and bylaws must be observed. Hanging clothes or towels on windowsills, windows, or balconies is prohibited.

Individuals not included in the original reservation are not permitted to stay. Visitors must be registered in advance to gain access to the apartment.

Any broken or damaged items must be replaced with identical ones. Replacements of inferior quality, with aesthetic defects, or that differ from the original items will not be accepted. Please contact us if anything is damaged so that we can arrange for repairs.

Liquids must be disposed of in the utility sinks located in the building's external area.

Smoking is strictly prohibited; failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation and an additional cleaning fee.

Please avoid waste: electricity and water consumption that exceeds the average will be charged to the guest.

Check-ins between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be requested in advance.

Check-outs after the designated time are subject to a penalty (for delays between 20 minutes and 1 hour). Delays exceeding 1 hour will result in a charge equivalent to one additional night’s stay. The property uses 220V electrical outlets.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 small bars of soap per bathroom, as well as 1 shampoo sachet per guest for the entire duration of your stay.
