Please send the documents of all guests and a selfie of the main guest via selfie check-in.

Silence is welcome after 10:00 PM. Loud music and private parties are not allowed as this is a family environment.

Guests will be responsible for fines for inappropriate conduct. The condominium's internal regulations must be respected. Hanging clothes and towels on windows is not allowed.

It is not permitted to host people not mentioned at the time of booking.

Broken/damaged items must be replaced with identical items; we will not accept items of inferior quality/aesthetics or different from the original. If something breaks, please inform us so we can replace it.

Smoking is prohibited, subject to a fine of R$150.00 + extra cleaning fee.

Electricity and water consumption above average will be charged.

Check-ins between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be requested in advance.

Late checkout times are subject to a late checkout fee between 20 minutes and 2 hours. Delays exceeding 2 hours will be charged at the daily rate.

220V outlets.

A fine of R$200.00 will be charged for not returning the garage remote control.

Trash must be placed in the designated bins located in the hallway of the floor.

Unique Residence Rules:

Family area with crib, bathtub, child safety lock; check availability by contacting us beforehand. Please inquire about any applicable charges.

Pet bed, water bowl, and food bowl are provided when pets are allowed and informed during the booking process. Pets must be carried in your lap and transported via the service elevator. Up to 2 small pets are allowed for a fee, provided this information is provided during the booking process.

Trash must be placed in the designated bins with aluminum doors located in the garage.

It is not permitted to bring non-guests to the M2 leisure area (swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc.), subject to a fine of one minimum wage.
