Please send the documents of all guests and a selfie of the main guest via selfie check-in.

Silent service is welcome after 10:00 PM. Loud music and private parties are not permitted as this is a family environment.

Guests will be responsible for fines for inappropriate conduct. The condominium's internal regulations must be respected. Hanging clothes and towels on windows is not permitted.

Hosting guests not mentioned at the time of booking is not permitted.

Broken/damaged items must be replaced with identical items; we will not accept items of inferior quality/aesthetics or different from the original. If something breaks, please inform us so we can replace it.

Family items such as cribs, bathtubs, and child safety locks are available upon prior request and subject to availability.

Smoking is prohibited and subject to a fine of R$150.00 + extra cleaning fee.

Electricity and water consumption above average will be charged.

Check-in between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be requested in advance.

Late check-out times are subject to a late check-out fee between 20 minutes and 2 hours. A delay exceeding 2 hours will be charged the full daily rate.

220V outlets.

A fine of R$200.00 will be charged for not returning the garage remote control.

Pets must be transported in your lap and via the service elevator. Up to 2 small pets are allowed for a fee. Pet beds, water bowls, and food bowls are available upon request.

Trash must be placed in the designated bins located in the lobby of your floor.
