Não é permitido hospedar pessoas não mencionadas no momento da reserva.
Itens quebrados/danificados deverão ser repostos por itens idênticos, não aceitaremos itens com qualidade/estética inferior ou diferente do original. Caso quebre algo, por favor nos comunique para podermos repor o item.

Atrasos no horário do checkout estão sujeitos a multa no valor da taxa de late checkout entre 20min e 1h. Acima de 1h de atraso será cobrado o valor de uma diária.
