Silence is welcome after 10:00 PM. Loud music and private parties are not allowed as this is a family environment.

Guests will be responsible for fines for inappropriate conduct. The condominium's internal regulations must be respected. Hanging clothes and towels on windows is not allowed.

Hosting guests not mentioned at the time of booking is not permitted.

Broken/damaged items must be replaced with identical items; we will not accept items of inferior quality/aesthetics or different from the original. If something breaks, please inform us so we can replace it.

Trash must be placed in the designated bins located in the hallway of the floor.

Smoking is prohibited, subject to a fine of R$150.00 + extra cleaning fee.

Electricity and water consumption above average will be charged.

Check-in between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be requested in advance.

Late check-out times are subject to a late check-out fee between 20 minutes and 2 hours. A delay exceeding 2 hours will be charged the full daily rate.

Parking is on a rotating basis and depends on availability. Inquire at the building's reception and check for availability at the time of your arrival; reservations are not possible. Valet parking is available in the adjacent building for approximately R$35.00.

A fine of R$200.00 will be charged for not returning the parking card/tag.
